Breakin' Down (Sugar Samba) Julia & Company

Julia & Company had two dance hits in the 80's.  Sugar Samba was the first in 1983.  I'm so Happy came out in 1985.

I don't know much about her but I do assume she was from Washington, D.C. cause the first pressing in 1983 was on a small private press label called District of Columbia records.
