Romano Bais R. Bais

From 1983 to 1986 R. Bais had a few italo disco releases.

 My favorite by far is Dial My Number from 1985.  It was even quickly covered by a German Act called The Back Bag.

He wrote and arranged a ton of other tunes, including Flash by Flashback Band, I Love the Piano by Kasso, Run to Me by Tracy Spencer and Around my Dream by Silver Pozzoli.

The 1986 follow-up Take The Love is pretty solid too.  But not as catchy as Dial my Number.
