Another italo disco holy grail Travel Made in Thailand

Just the first track off of a super rare italo disco ep called Travel made in Thailand.
Thai Dance is by Mauro Marani and was released in 1987 on the Italian label Emmerci.  I'd love to have the whole ep.  THAI DANCE
Recently in June this item fetched on EBAY $609.00.
Which Italo 12 inch have you seen go for more.  I know it does happen but a lot less often then it used to back in the day.  made in Thailand

Why is this so sought after? I don't really like it that much. It sounds like the volume is too low on his voice.
Also this isn't a troll I'm just honestly wondering.
